In their 22nd year The Many Hands project has selected Pathstone Mental Health facility as there 2019 recipient, the money will be donated to their art therapy program for the youth in the Niagara region. Rise & Shine Yoga will be featuring a 45-minute yoga session followed by a 15-minute pound exercise demonstration, mimosa and smoothie bar, a deluxe continental breakfast, fun photo booth, silent auction, mystery prize pull and wellness vendors for a healthy lifestyle. Tickets will be priced at $35 and the event will be held at The Meridian Community center. Purchased tickets can be found on the website niagaracollege.ca/mhpevents
