Police believe man has life threatening injuries, his son released
A 46-year old Welland man is in hospital with what police consider life threatening injuries after an ATV rollover.
Police say it happened Friday afternoon in Memorial Park.
They found the man had been riding the machine with his 9-year old son when he lost control and it rolled.
They were both sent to out-of-region hospitals, where the boy was eventually released.
Portions of Memorial Drive and the park were closed for a period of time.
Police are asking if you know anything about this accident to give them a call.
