Nearly 3,000 people are in the hospital with COVID-19 in Ontario, including 555 in the ICU.
Ontario is reporting 3,909 new cases of COVID-19 this morning.
A total of 2,939 are in the hospital with COVID-19 right now. Of those in the hospital 56% went for other reasons and tested positive while they were.
The ICU numbers are down a bit this morning with 555 people in the ICU with COVID-19. 83% of the ICU patients are in the ICU because of the COVID-19, the other 17% are there for other reasons but are testing positive for the virus.
91.9% of Ontarians 12+ have one dose of the vaccine and 89.3% have had two doses.
