New Suspension Cables for Whirlpool Aero Car

Spring is right around the corner and so is tourist season in Niagara Falls.

The Whirlpool Aero Car will open next month and this year it will have six new suspension cables.

During a routine inspection it was discovered that one of the ropes was struck by lightening late last year, so crews decided to replace them all. The old cables were installed back in 1984.

The Whirlpool Aero Car should open to the public on April 13th.
