Police believe there could be more victims

A family physician in Welland has been charged with sexual assault.

On October 20th, police received a complaint about an assault that occurred on October 12th.

The alleged incident took place at a family medical practice on East Main Street.

Earlier today, police arrested 51 year old Boutros Mikhail of Oakville.

He faces one count of sexual assault.

Mikhail has been released on a Form 10 Undertaking, and will appear in court on April 28th.

Investigators believe there could be more victims.
