Parks Police Find Portion of Ice Boom Above Horseshoe Falls

Niagara Parks Police found a portion of the ice boom.

They found it in the Upper Niagara River above the Horseshoe Falls.

It was partially on the bank by the ice. Parkway Towing helped get it out of there.
