Pelham Accepting Proposals for Town Square Feature

Pelham Town Square could look a little different in the future.

The town is now accepting proposals for a new structure, whether it's rebuilding the arches or designing something completely new.

You have until May 29th to submit your proposal. All submissions must include the following;

- A concept design.

- A timeline for construction.

- A 100 percent self-funded model for construction, materials, etc.

- A funding model for maintenance.

You will have to present your idea to Pelham Town Council on June 3rd.
