Public Meeting About Marijuana Production Facilities in Pelham

The Town of Pelham is set to host a public meeting, which will take a look at cannabis grow ops.

Council will consider updating the definition of a farm building so it can exclude marijuana production facilities.

They’re also going to look at updating the definition of a marijuana production facility in general.

Another topic on the agenda includes updating the town’s indoor recreation standard.

The meeting is on July 8th in Council Chambers. Everything will get started at 5:30 p.m.
