St. Catharines Rekindling Bond with Twin

The City of St. Catharines is rekindling a 51 year old bond with it's twin.

In 1968 the UN sanctioned a twinning relationship between St. Catharines and Port of Spain.

St. Catharines is looking to remind everyone about their twin and teach the history behind the relationship.

This Saturday St. Catharines is hosting "We Liming".

A festival that aims to heighten awareness of the twinning and it's significance.

The festival will feature food trucks with Canadian and Caribbean foods and beverages as well as live music and activities for kids.

"We Liming" will be held at Burgoyne Woods Park this Saturday from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
