Habitat for Humanity Niagara is reporting a $14,000 loss, after someone broke into a construction trailer.
It was parked behind the Fonthill Restore at the time. Officials say all of the tools inside have been stolen.
Habitat is supposed to start a new build on Fourth Ave in Niagara Falls this weekend.
Jobsite Contractor Trevor Dunscombe says he's shocked that someone would do this to a charity.
All of the stolen tools have been labelled "BF" with orange spray paint.
Anyone with information should contact police.
