Volunteers Honoured in Port Colborne

It was a night of recognition for the countless hours of service, giving back to the community.

More than 250 volunteers were honoured at the city's annual appreciation night in Port Colborne.

A dinner was held on Tuesday at the Italian Canadian Cultural Centre.

Service pins were presented to volunteers for five to 40 years of helping in the community.

Events like Canal Days, the Santa Claus Parade and the New Year's Eve Celebration wouldn't be possible without these volunteers.
