Nomina Integrated Health launched NO CHARGE Mental Health Clinics

St. Catharines, ON June 21, 2021 -- Depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance abuse, and even suicide have been at epidemic levels since the beginning of COVID-19. Over one in four Canadians now suffer from a mental health issue.[1] Those reporting poor mental health are up to 4 times more likely to report increased substance use since the pandemic began.[2] As winter approaches, these levels are expected to rise even higher. At the same time, access to mental health services can be challenging and costly.


Recognizing the need for quality, accessible mental health, and addiction support, Nomina Integrated Health is leading the way by providing NO CHARGE Mental Health Clinics. These no-charge appointments will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at our St. Catharines location (#100, 205 King Street St.).

Our no-charge Mental Health Clinics will offer evidenced-based therapies by our highly specialized and trained clinical team. Nōmina’s registered psychotherapists have clinical expertise in various therapeutic trauma approaches such as ISTDP, EMDR, and cognitive modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT,” explains Victoria Diltz, Nomina Registered Psychotherapist

Nomina Integrated Health also offers intensive outpatient options with virtual and face-to-face services for those needing mental health support.
