Thirteen patients are fighting the virus in local hospitals.
Niagara has 171 active cases and 17 active outbreaks.
There are 48 active cases in St. Catharines, followed by Niagara Falls with 35.
The region has 2 confirmed variant cases, with 52 more cases under investigation.
Throughout Ontario, there are 1250 new cases today.
There are 337 new infections in Toronto, 167 in Peel and 129 in York Region.
