Niagara Region Public Health confirmed 12 new cases of the virus this morning and 1 new death.
Another COVID-19 related death has been recorded today by Niagara Region Public Health.
Health officials are also reporting 12 new cases of the virus this morning. We currently have 95 active cases in the region and 8 active outbreaks.
Most of the cases right now are in Fort Erie and Niagara Falls.
The Province meanwhile confirmed another 834 new cases this morning and 5 additional deaths. Ontario currently has 7,474 active cases of COVID-19. Most of the new cases today are from hot spot regions with 299 new cases in Toronto, 186 in Peel, 121 in York Region and 76 in Ottawa.
