The head-on crash happened in Niagara Falls on November 9th, on Montrose Road
One of the drivers involved in a serious head on collision in Niagara Falls back in November is facing some serious charges.
Police say 52-year old Todd Williston of Niagara Falls has been charged with three counts of attempted murder and three counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
Police were called to the scene on Montrose Road, near Kalar.
They say the accused man suffered life threatening injuries, as did the 63-year old woman driving the other car.
Two of her passengers suffered non life threatening injuries.
