Hundreds of teens expected to cut class and head to the sandy shores
It's the first Friday of June and that means Beach Day for Niagara students.
Niagara Regional Police tweeting out "We love a day on the beach too but we think staying at school is a better idea. If you decide to head to the beach, we ask that you enjoy your day responsibly. We will be enforcing liquor laws & underage drinking will not be tolerated. "
Ontario Provincial Police also say they will be out on the beaches of Long Point, Turkey Point and Port Dover today to make sure everyone is safe.
