Teenage Head guitarist Gord Lewis believed to be Hamilton's third homicide victim of the year.
Some sad news for fans of the band Teenage Head.
According to the Hamilton Spectator, the victim of Hamilton's third homicide of the year is believed to be Gord Lewis, the band's founding guitarist.
This afternoon, Hamilton Police Detective Sgt. Sarah Beck said police discovered a body in a downtown apartment yesterday, with injuries consistent with foul play play.
She said a positive identification of the body is still pending, due to an ongoing autopsy but noted investigators believe the victim and the suspect were father and son.
41 year old Jonathan Lewis has been charged with second degree murder.
In a statement to fans, the band described Lewis as "an inspiration to many."
