Offender wanted for violating parole.
A Canada Wide Warrant has been issued for an offender who is known to frequent Niagara Falls.
The OPP's Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help to locate 51 year old Mark Rogers.
Rogers is wanted for breaching his day parole, and is serving a 6 year, 4 month sentence for three counts of break and enter.
He is described as:
- 5'3" (160 cm)
- 152 lbs
- Brown hair (currently shaved)
- Blue eyes.
- Tattoos on his abdomen, upper torso, upper back, chest, right thigh, shoulders and upper arms.
He is known to frequent Ottawa, Jasper, The Greater Toronto Area and Niagara Falls.
