Police have charged a 28-year-old man, after officers found a stolen SUV in Fort Erie.
They found it in the Bertie and Waterloo Street area last month.
It was reported stolen in the Jordyn Drive and Jasmine Court area a little over a month earlier.
They arrested the man yesterday after further investigation.
He has been charged with possession of property over $5,000, possession of methamphetamine and failing to comply with probation.
