Incident took place back on May 25th
A Chinese woman is facing charges after she spotted walking on the International Railroad Bridge that connects Fort Erie and Buffalo.
On May 25th officers on the U.S. side, spotted the woman walking on the bridge and witnessed her enter an awaiting vehicle.
U.S. Customs officers prevented the vehicle from departing the area and charged the woman with unlawful entry into the U.S. and subsequently returned her to Canada.
The awaiting male driver was also arrested and is awaiting prosecution.
