The City will shut off non-essential lightning from 8:30 until 9:30 p.m. on Saturday
Earth Hour is right around the corner.
This Saturday, residents and businesses are encouraged to shut their lights off from 8:30 until 9:30 PM.
The City of Niagara Falls says it will turn off non-essential lighting at it's facilities, and the illumination of Niagara Falls will be paused.
