The City of St. Catharines wants to hear from you regarding the Recreation Facility Allocation Policy.
City staff have been examining practices in preparation for the replacement of the existing Ice Allocation Policy that codifies the decision-making process for allocation of facilities at City arenas,
Once enacted, the new policy will extend to all City recreation facilities to ensure equitable facility use for all users.
The new policy will consider several factors, including local versus non-local use, adult use versus opportunities for youth and seniors, and competitive versus non-competitive use.
Residents can have their say here until March 1st.
