Nine-storey development proposed by former GM site.
St. Catharines residents are being invited to provide their thoughts on a possible development on the former GM property.
The City says an application to develop a nine-storey apartment building and 14 townhouses on part of the property on Pleasant Avenue has been received.
The apartment building would have 351 units.
The development would also include a ground floor commercial space.
A zoom open house is being held on July 14th.
Anyone interested in participating can register here or contact city planner Taya Devlin at tdevlin@stcatharines.ca.
