Welland City Council has agreed to refund and waive business license fees for this year.
Refunds will be given to businesses that have already paid fees for 2021.
Any business that hasn't submitted their 2021 application yet still need to do so in order to obtain a license.
The City of Welland issues about 300 business licenses every year.
