This is the 2nd collapse for the site in Welland
Another partial collapse of a condo complex under construction in Welland.
The city was told a 911 call was made yesterday around 10am concerning the site on Prince Charles Drive.
When emergency crews got there, they found more of building had fallen, in the same area on the south side which suffered the same last weekend.
City official Jack Tosta says the Ministry of Labour is looking into whether the site is safe enough for futher evaluation.
The city adds the area blocked off has been expanded out of extreme caution, and there were no injuries.
