One of the newest cases of COVID-19 in Niagara had to get tested for the virus twice.
They didn't start showing symptoms until after their first test.
They originally tested negative but they decided to get retested and the results came back positive.
Acting Medical Officer of Health Dr. Mustafa Hirji says the test is more reliable if you're showing symptoms.
Niagara Region Public Health is reporting three new cases today after reporting no new cases yesterday.
We had seven new cases over the weekend and five of them had come into close contact with someone who had tested positive.
