18-year old pulled over for speeding
An 18-year old man speeding in Niagara Falls has led also to drug charges.
Police were patroling Thorold Stone Road just after 1am, yesterday morning, when they noticed a Toyota Corolla speeding.
They stopped it near Elberta Street, and noticed signs of drug use.
A search found:
- Black Glock Imitation Handgun (Pellet Gun)
- 37.1 grams suspected cocaine
- 32.2 grams suspected ecstasy
- 17.3 grams suspected psilocybin
- 204 grams suspected marijuana
- $690 Canadian currency
- Materials consistent with the illegal trafficking of drugs
Police have charged Noah Mandula of Welland with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Ecstasy)
- Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (Psilocybin)
- Possession for the Purpose of Selling (Marijuana)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000
He was released with a future court date.
