The OPP says the highway and all service roads have re-opened.

The QEW is closed in both directions between Victoria Avenue in Vineland and Ontario Street in Beamsville.
This afternoon, a tanker truck leaked a flammable liquid.
The OPP says service roads are also closed.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area, and there will be increased traffic on town roads.
There is no word on when the highway will re-open.
