Young families in Niagara have a chance to get their flu shots today.
Niagara Region Public Health is holding a flu shot clinic for families with young children.
It's happening at Division Street in Welland, but you need to make an appointment.
Public Health says respiratory infections, like the flu, are one of the top reasons kids under 9 need medical attention in Niagara.
They encourage everyone to get the flu shot.
The next general flu clinic happens Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Niagara Region headquarters in Thorold.
