A 49-year-old man is facing charges after police found a sawed-off shotgun with ammunition in Fort Erie.
Officers searched a home in the Ridge Road and Highland Ave area earlier this week.
The man has been charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited firearm with ammunition, and careless storage.
His bail hearing was on Wednesday and he appeared via video link.
