Four people have lost their lives after a shooting in Louisville, Kentucky.
Police say the incident occurred this morning at a bank building in Louisville, Kentucky.
The suspect is also dead.
Nine other people have been hospitalized, including two police officers.
One of the police officers is listed in critical condition.
The shooting took place at a building on East Main Street in the downtown area.
Louisville Metro Police Department Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey says there were gunshots still being fired from inside the building when police arrived.
Officers say gunfire was exchanged between the shooter and police, but it's not yet clear if the suspect killed himself or was shot by police.
Authorities believe the shooter is a former employee of the bank.
The FBI has been called in to investigate.
