Niagara Regional Police releases latest list of impaired driving suspects
Fourteen people have been arrested after a series of R.I.D.E. checks in Niagara.
The charges were laid between September 4th - 18th.
The following individuals are accused of driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit or refusing to provide a breath or blood sample:
- Frances T. LENNIE, 69yrs, Hamilton
- Ricardo A. AREVALO, 22yrs, Thorold
- Kelsie J. NEAL, 27yrs, St. Catharines
- Martin J. Lococo, 56yrs, Toronto
- Shea R. O’Connor, 32yrs, Buffalo, New York
- Timothy J. CLIMENHAGA, 48yrs, Wainfleet
- Robert G. VELD, 54yrs St. Catharines
- Jaden J. KAMPS, 19yrs, Niagara Falls
- Katherine N. VARGAS ROA, 25yrs, St. Catharines
- Kevin D. KNOX, 33yrs, Pelham
- Kyle G. NICKERSON-PIPITO, 27yrs, Niagara Falls
- Scott K. EBERSOLE, 48yrs, Ridgeway
- Jennifer L. ARNOT, 45yrs, Welland
- Michael A. BATTAGLIA, 34yrs, Buffalo, New York
Each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
Police say impaired driving kills more Canadians each year than any other crime.
