The price of gas is expected to jump eight cents a litre tomorrow in Ontario.
In Niagara, this would bring the average price to $1.64 per litre.
Part of the reason is due to suppliers switching from the winter blend to summer blend.
Dan McTeague of Canadians for Affordable Energy says he expects more increases, and he predicts the average price of gas will be around $2 per litre by the summer.
He says this is due to surging demand and less supply.
