Twenty-four-year-old Erika Enriquez was pronounced dead on Sunday.
The multi-vehicle crash happened in the Fort Erie bound lanes near Jordan Road.
At last check, nearly $8,000 of a $15,000 goal had been raised.
A funeral will be held at the George Darte Funeral Home on Saturday.
