Fifth annual event to take place September 10th.
The 5th annual Hamilton-Niagara Multiple Myeloma March is taking place soon.
The march will take place on September 10th at Edgewater Pavilion in Hamilton.
The event is being held to increase awareness of multiple myeloma, as well as raise funds for research and treatment.
Over 30 communities across the country will participate in Myeloma Canada's 14th annual nation-wide event.
There is also a virtual march option.
The Hamilton event has set a financial goal of $60,000.

Multiple myeloma is the second most common form of blood cancer.
