The invitation to learn about this crime is open to everyone
A very important meeting is coming this month for parents, guardians, teenagers and anyone interested in learning about human trafficking.
The NRP is putting on an information session November 25th at headquarters on Valley Way in Niagara Falls.
The presentation will include what human trafficking is, red flags to watch for, what to do if you suspect someone is a victim or survivor, and means of support for those impacted by this crime.
You can send an RSVP to humantraffickingunit@niagarapolice.ca, and police add that email address is not monitored around the clock.
Police add Victim Services Niagara will be there to help.
