Police have arrested a man after a long investigation into graffiti in the Garden City.
Since October 2018, police have found 15 similar graffiti tags across St. Catharines.
The word “slub” had been spray painted on buildings and various properties.
A 23-year-old St. Catharines man has been arrested and faces mischief charges.
He will appear in court in June.
