A 28-year old Niagara Falls resident has been charged after a lengthy search by police in the Niagara Glen area last week.
Police were called Wednesday afternoon, about a man behaving erratically in the Niagara Glen area, seen getting in and out of the water.
They followed the man, but called the search off at night due to unsafe terrain, one officer was hurt.
The next morning, police received reports of a hiker who had been assaulted by a man dressed in a superhero costume, police eventually caught him near Thompson Point.
He was charged with uttering threats, mischief, theft and three counts of breach of probation.
