Police were called to the house last July... an autopsy later confirmed it was an overdose with fatal levels of oxycodone and flubromazolam in his system.

Police eventually tracked down a suspected drug dealer, and used a search warrant last Thursday at a house in Leamington.

They found some drugs and money, and arrested Mark Antonio Beadle, and charged him.

  • 2 counts of Possession of Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 contrary to section 355(b) of the Criminal Code
  • Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, to wit MDMA contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

He was released from custody with a court date in May, in St. Catharines.
