NRP believe he's done this with other women
Some fearful moments for a woman walking in St. Catharines on Friday.
Police say they were called to the Oakwood Avenue and Parkwood Drive area early afternoon, to find the woman had been followed by a man.
They say she noticed the man following her in the Hartzel Road and Thorncliff Drive area, and despite efforts to evade him, he kept following.
She made it home, at which time he walked away.
Police learned the man had intentionally followed her, so they charged 51-year old Daniel Clark of St. Catharines with criminal harrassment.
He remains in custody with a future court date.
Police believe he might have done this before with other women.
