The NRP had to call in the bomb squad, after responding to disturbance in Niagara Falls. Officers found two suspicious devices at a home in the Drummond Road and Barker Street area Monday night.
Police secured the home and a 34-year-old man was arrested in relation to domestic violence investigation.
Officials were able to execute a search warrant today and they found no additional safety risks.
The man has been charged with assault, possession of a prohibited weapon and unlawful possession of explosives.
