Good news for Welland couples wishing to tie the knot.
Effective Thursday, April 6th, marriage ceremonies services will resume at the City of Welland.
Couples who wish to exchange vows at Civic Square can contact the Clerks Department to make arrangements.
Fifteen people will be allowed to attend indoor ceremonies, and outdoor gatherings can have 20 guests.
