Conditions expected to improve tomorrow
Due to wildfire smoke, the air quality in Niagara is at a moderate risk today.
According to the Air Quality Health Index, the region will be at a level five this afternoon and tonight, but will drop tomorrow to a level four.
Yesterday, Environment Canada issued a special air quality statement for the region, but it has since been lifted.
