A man had to be taken to an out-of-region trauma centre with serious injuries after a pickup truck collided with a motorcycle in Niagara Falls.
Police say it happened at the intersection of Drummond Road and Dunn Street early yesterday afternoon.
The 61-year-old man was driving the motorcycle.
The 70-year-old man driving the truck was not hurt but he has been charged with careless driving.
The pickup truck sustained about $4,000 in damage.
The damage estimate for the motorcycle is about $8,000.
