The Niagara Catholic District School Board says parents will be the first to know once any official decisions have been made about the upcoming school year.
The board is currently planning for a hybrid-model, which would include a mix of in-class and online learning.
But the board says nothing is set in stone yet, adding a lot could change over the next 11 weeks.
Officials are hoping to update families sometime in mid-July.
