The new pavilion in Lakeside Park will be named after Neil Peart.
It will be known as the Neil Peart Pavilion in Lakeside Park.
St. Catharines City Council made it official yesterday.
Peart was the drummer for Rush and he passed away earlier this year after a battle with brain cancer.
He was 67 years old and he grew up in Port Dalhousie.
