The City of Niagara Falls has decided to close all public playgrounds to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The skate park at the McBain Community Centre is also off-limits, along with the outdoor fitness equipment located at Stanley Ave and Thorold Stone Road.
Signs will be posted in all parks before the end of the week.
The trails remain open at this time, but officials say you practice social distancing and keep at least six-feet between yourself and others.
