A Niagara Falls man has been charged for drug trafficking after an arrest at a Lundy's Lane business last night.
Police started investigating a case of trafficking last month, by the suspect in Niagara Falls, which led police to watching him dealing last night.
Police eventually searched his house, finding:
- 84.6 grams suspected Fentanyl, street value of $15,228
- 243.1 grams suspected crystal methamphetamine, street value of $24,310
- 32.8 grams suspected cocaine, street value of $3,280
- 1123 tablets of hydromorphone, street value of $16,845
- $14,162.30 Canadian Currency
- $138 US Currency
44-year old Jay MacDougall is charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule I Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking (Crystal Methamphetamine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)
- Possession of a Schedule I Substances for the Purpose of Trafficking (Hydromorphone)
- Possession of Proceeds Obtained by Crime Over $5000
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
He has a bail hearing today.
