OLG pays for hosting 2 casinos
Another large sum of money to the City of Niagara Falls for hosting Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara.
The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says it just handed a 2nd quarter payment, that's July 1st to September 30th, of over $4.6-million to Niagara Falls.
So far, during the OLG's fiscal year starting in April, Niagara Falls has received over $10-million.
The OLG adds communities that have a casino use the money for economic activity.
The amount of money given is based on a scale of revenue at each casino.
