Two days of low numbers in question
For the last two days Niagara has posted unusually low numbers of new COVID-19 cases.
After days hovering around 200, public health reported 33 new infections on Sunday and 24 new ones yesterday.
Niagara's Acting Medical Officer of Health Dr. Mustafa Hirji tells the Standard, he thinks it may be the result of an issue with data reporting from the government laboratory.
Hirji adding we don't think the numbers are a true reflection of what cases actually are.
